Inter-Faith National Day Observance Ceremony on Aug 9

Hello Everyone~~!!!!!!

Its been very long since i have updated my blog! Sorry Guys! Was too busy with  PFP @ RP; NPCC and some Family Issues. So hi. Im back with a new post! Im going to talk about my experience being the Parade Commander for the Inter-Faith National Day Observance Ceremony this Year as part of contributing to SG50.
Soooooo here it goes..

It was a cold morning when i woke up on Aug 9 all ready to show myself for the parade. On my way to the Venue.. I was so worried on whats about to happen because i didnt have any preparation before the actual day. My cadets too didnt have any Rehearsals for this Ceremony. Adding on to the pressure, the Guest of Honour for this ceremony was S R Nathan. I was totally freaking out from the news that he is the guest of honour. We were only given 30mins of rehearsal on that day itself. Being a first time as a Parade Commander, i panicked. I tried to remember the commands for the entire parade.

When it finally ended, i was relieved. It was freaking scary experience for me. I tried to look like i was not panicking about having Mr S R Nathan as the Guest Of Honour! However, i wasnt really satisfied with my performance for the parade. But, my friends tried to cheer me up by telling me that i've done my best with only a barely 30min rehearsal!

Well, enough words for this post! Here are some photos they took for this parade! ENJOY :D
